Custom Timezone Display for Appointments

Managing appointments across time zones can be challenging, especially when working with clients or team members in different regions. The View Appointments in Your Preferred Timezone gives you full control over how you view scheduled meetings, helping you stay organized without affecting how others book time with you. This article explains how the feature works, its key benefits, and how to set it up easily.

Key Features and Benefits

Flexible Timezone Selection

You can now choose any timezone to view your appointments — not just your user or business timezone.

Personalized Viewing

The selected timezone is user-specific, meaning it only affects how you see appointments.

Seamless Integration

The chosen timezone will reflect across Calendar View, Appointment List, Contacts, and Conversations.

No Impact on Availability

Your availability and how others book with you remain unchanged. Only the display is affected.

How to Use: Step-by-Step

1- Go to Calendar Settings by going to the Business Hub > Your Customers > Calendars > Calendar Settings

Access your calendar from your main dashboard and locate the settings section.

2- Open Preferences

Within Calendar Settings, select the “Preferences” tab.

3- Choose Your Timezone

Look for the option labeled View Appointments In and click to open the dropdown list of timezones.

4- Select Desired Timezone

Choose any timezone you prefer, whether it's your local time, your client’s, or another.

5- Save Preferences

Click Save Preferences to apply the changes. Your appointments will now display in your selected timezone.

Pro Tip

If you frequently collaborate across multiple timezones, consider switching your view temporarily to match your client’s or colleague’s timezone during active discussions or meeting prep. This can reduce confusion and help you prepare with clarity, without needing to change your availability settings.
