Google Chrome (Clearing Cache)

*IMPORTANT: We highly recommend that you use Google Chrome as your browser, as it works best with all of our courses and software.*

To clear your cache, please follow the following steps:

1. To begin, click on the three dots on the upper right-hand corner of your Google Chrome window, then go down to Settings.

   

   
   

2. From here, look to the left-hand side of your screen and go to Privacy and Security, then click on the Clear Browsing Data option:

   

   
   

3. On the pop-up window that appears, choose the Advanced tab on the right and then the All time option on the dropdown menu for the Time range:

   

   
   

4. Lastly, make sure that only the following items are selected and then click on the Clear data button:

   

   
   

   *****NOTE: This will close any open tabs you have and will log you out on any site you may be in.*****
