How to Use 

1- Access Integration Settings

Go to Settings → Integrations, and select Xero from the available options.


2- Connect Your Account

Enter your Xero login credentials and authorize access.

3- Select an Organization & Chart of Accounts

Choose the relevant organization and enable payments in your chart of accounts to make them available for syncing.

4- Map Tax Rates Align your Mastermind tax configurations with those in Xero to ensure consistent and accurate reporting.

5- Monitor Sync Activity

Stay updated with email alerts if the integration becomes inactive (after 60 days) or if invoice syncing fails.

Q1: Can I create invoices in Xero and have them appear in Mastermind?

A: No, the current integration only supports one-way syncing from Mastermind to Xero.

Q3: What should I do if I can’t find my chart of accounts during setup?

A: Make sure payments are enabled within your Xero account settings. Only payment-enabled accounts are visible for syncing.
