Troubleshooting Checklist for GG, Your AI Guide


If you are experiencing difficulties accessing GG or using its features, the following steps can help resolve the issue. Completing this checklist also ensures that, if further assistance is required, our support team has the information needed to quickly identify and address the problem.

Step 1: Confirm Your Device

Determine whether you are using an Apple (Mac), Windows, tablet, or smart device. Some features may function differently depending on the device.

Step 2: Review Security Software

Check if you are running antivirus software or a VPN. These programs can occasionally block certain GG features. If possible, temporarily disable them and test again.

Step 3: Verify Your Browser

Ensure you are using an up-to-date web browser. For the best experience, we strongly recommend Google Chrome, which is fully supported by the Mastermind platform.

Step 4: Disable Browser Extensions

Extensions (such as ad blockers, password managers, or privacy tools) may interfere with GG’s performance. Try disabling them and refreshing the page.

Step 5: Clear Your Cache

Clear your browser’s cache and cookies to remove any stored data that may be causing conflicts. When clearing, we recommend selecting at least the last 7 days in the time-range option to ensure that outdated files are fully removed.

Step 6: Sign Out and Back In

Log out of your Mastermind account and then log back in to refresh your GG session.

Step 7: Reset GG Onboarding (If Needed)

If GG is not moving forward in the onboarding process or if you’d like to start fresh:

  1. Go to the top of your Mastermind homepage.
  2. Click Reset Onboarding.
  3. Confirm by clicking Yes, reset it.

Once onboarding is reset, follow the prompts that GG provides to complete the process. GG will generate a new Business or Success Plan for you based on your responses.

Common Questions

Q: I can’t see my past GG conversations.

A: Open GG and check the left sidebar. All past conversations are stored there.

  • If you haven’t started the onboarding process, you will need to do so. Click Get Started, agree to the Terms & Privacy, and follow the prompts to completion.
  • If you’ve already started onboarding, click Continue and follow the prompts to complete it.
  • Once the onboarding process is completed, your past conversations will then be available once again on the left sidebar.

Q: I cannot find the asset (Product/Funnel/Group) that GG created for me!

A: Depending on the type of asset, you can locate it in the following areas of your Business Hub:

  • Funnels: Go to Business Hub → Marketing & Sales → Funnels & Pages
  • Products (Courses): Go to Business Hub → Your Products, then hover over Courses at the top and select Products
  • Community Groups: Go to Business Hub → Your Products, then hover over Communities at the top and select Products

Note: Element creation is only available to Business System members at this time.

Q: I noticed that text on images generated by GG isn’t always accurate. Why is that?

A: Currently, AI models are highly advanced at creating visuals, but they can still struggle with producing accurate, readable text on images. This is a known limitation of current AI image generation tools. That said, we are continually working to improve the quality and accuracy of content generated by GG.
