How to Use

1- Set Global Defaults

  • Go to Marketing & Sales > Payments > Documents & Contracts > Settings > Customer Notifications

  • For both Document Received and Document Signed, select your preferred delivery method:
    • SMS only
    • Email + SMS
  • Click Save

2- Create SMS Templates (Snippets)

  • Navigate to Marketing > Snippets


  • Click New Snippet and select SMS as the type

  • Draft your message (e.g., “Your document is ready. Please review and sign.”)
  • Save the snippet — it will now be available for future use

3- Send Documents Individually

  • Open the document you want to send
  • Click Send



  • Choose the delivery channel: SMSEmail, or Both
  • Review and send

4- Send Documents via Workflows

  • Open Automation → Workflows
  • Add a Send Document action
  • Choose your delivery method (SMS, Email, or Both)
  • Save the workflow
