Affiliate Manager | Checking Affiliate Profile
The Affiliate Profile Page offers users a consolidated view of affiliate details and performance metrics, facilitating efficient affiliate management. This enhances user experience by providing a centralized location to access key information and perform various affiliate-related tasks.
Navigation Steps
1. Go to the Marketing Tab:
- Click on Marketing & Sales > Email & Social Media on the left > Affiliate Manager at the top.
2. Select Affiliates:
- Choose "Affiliates" from the dropdown menu.
3. View Individual Profiles:
- Click on an affiliate's name to open their profile.
Key Features
1. Affiliate Details:
- View essential information such as email ID, join date, parent affiliate (if any), and a magic link for the Affiliate's portal.
2. Affiliate Profile Editing
Affiliate managers can view and update profile details directly from the affiliate’s profile. Click on the three-dot menu to access quick actions like suspending or deleting affiliates, or managing campaign updates.
3. Affiliate Stats:
- Review key metrics including revenue generated, owed payouts, number of leads, and new customers.
4. Campaign Insights:
- Insights into campaign participation and summary metrics like commissions and payouts.
- Filter by individual campaigns or view aggregate summaries and insights for all campaigns.
- Toggle to show deleted and inactive campaigns.
5. Direct Campaign Assignment:
- Assign affiliates to new campaigns directly from the affiliate's profile.
6. Active Referral Links:
- List all referral links for the affiliates across different campaigns.
- Customize referral IDs for different campaigns if required.
7. Commissions Tab:
- Manage commissions with options for approval and denial.
- Quick buttons to approve or deny commissions.
- Option to manually add commissions for the affiliate.
- Click the three-dot menu next to a commission, click Delete to permanently remove the commission.
Important: Note that this action is irreversible, and only denied commissions can be deleted.
8. Leads Tab:
- Review and delete leads as needed, enhancing lead management capabilities.
- Option to add leads for the selected affiliate.
9. Customers Tab:

- Access a list of customers and their commission history.
- To maintain accurate records, you can delete a customer from an affiliate’s account when necessary. Use the three-dot menu to select "Delete."
What Happens After Deleting a Customer?
- The customer will be unlinked from the affiliate.
- No future commissions will be generated from this customer.
- Disable a Customer: This changes their status to "Disabled," stopping any future sales tracking and commission generation. It's useful for managing fraudulent sign-ups or preventing commission assignment in certain cases.
Important: Disabling a customer will prevent them from generating future commissions. However, you can still manually assign commissions to this customer if needed.
- Enable a Customer: If a customer who was previously disabled needs to be reinstated, they can be enabled to resume regular tracking and commission generation.
10. Payouts:
- Track payouts with filtering options by status, ensuring transparency and accountability.
11. Sub-Affiliate List:
- Display all sub-affiliates associated with the selected affiliate, providing insights into the affiliate network structure.
