Resending Product Credentials
In this article we’ll go over how to resend product credentials. This can be done a few different ways.
Part 1: Manually resending them
- Navigate to your contact record in question
- Find the email that went out with the product credentials
- Retry if the email failed, or copy and paste the information to send to the user directly
Part 2: Resetting and Resending
- Navigate to your contact record in question
- Scroll down on the left hand side of the contact
- Select “Change Password”
- Here, you can generate a new password and either copy and send that manually.
- You can also select "Send password reset link" to send them the password reset directly.
