Note: We are not 100% sure that the copy will get changed before the emails go for the next execution on the server.

Pause and Cancel Options for Scheduled Email Campaigns

The pause and cancel features for scheduled email campaigns give you greater control over your email marketing efforts, allowing you to make last-minute edits or corrections before your campaign goes live. You can pause a campaign and resume it at your convenience, or cancel it entirely to prevent any emails from being sent, including those in RSS or batch formats.

  • Click on the three dots (menu icon) next to the campaign.
  • Select either Pause or Cancel.

Note: Special requirements include ensuring campaigns are paused or canceled before their execution time; otherwise, actions will depend on whether the campaign's schedule has been met.
