Bulk Actions - Pipeline Change


Using the Bulk Actions features in your Contacts/Smart Lists section, you can perform multiple one-off actions to selected or all contacts. Here’s how to do a pipeline change to add or update opportunity statuses, using the bulk action feature:

Step 1: Choose Your Contacts 

  • Navigate to Your Customers > Contacts.
  • Check the box to select contact records.

  • You can also check the box at the top to select all on that page, and you can click the hyperlink to select all contacts in Mastermind.

Step 2: Choose Your Action

  • Choose the icon for “Pipeline Change”. Click “More” and then click ”Manage Opportunities.” In the “Add/Update Opportunity” window that pops up, choose a pipeline, stage, opportunity, lead value, opportunity status, and more.
  • Click Add/Update Opportunity to confirm your changes.

Answer:

  • Navigate to Your Customers > Contacts.

  • To select all contacts on the current page, check the box at the top of the page.

Answer: Yes, using the Manage Opportunities bulk action, you can add or update pipeline stages, opportunity statuses, lead values, and more for selected or all contacts.

Answer: When the "Add/Update Opportunity" window appears, you can customize several fields including the Pipeline, Stage, Opportunity Name, Lead Value, and Opportunity Status.

Answer: The system will log the bulk action in the Audit Logs. In your Reporting dashboard, the conversion or stage change will be attributed to the user who initiated the bulk action. If the lead was originally from a specific ad campaign, that original attribution is usually preserved on the contact record.
