I cannot login/forgot my password for Mastermind.com, how can I reset it?

If you're trying to log in and forgot your password, no worries - we got you covered! Please follow these steps to reset it:


If you're not currently logged into your account:

  1. Navigate to Mastermind.com and on the sign in page, click on "Forgot password" located in between the email and password boxes.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your membership, and click on "Send reset link"

    You will then see this message:


    "Check your email

    We sent a password reset link to

    [Your Email Here]

    The link is valid for 60 minutes. If it expires, you can request a new one."


  3. Check your email and follow the instructions sent via email to reset your password.


If you're currently logged into your account and you'd like to reset your password:

  1. On the left sidebar of your Mastermind.com dashboard, navigate to the Support section.
  2. Under Support, select Help Center
  3. On the Help Center page, select Manage Account

    You will see two options:

    • 👉 Click Here To Change Your Password 🔒
    • 👉 Click Here To Manage Billing 💳
  4. Select 👉 Click Here To Change Your Password 🔒
  5. Enter your desired new password in both boxes, then select Update.
