Steps to Port Your Non-Twilio Number to Your Account
Prepare Required Information
- You will need the information below:
- Location ID: The specific identifier for your location.
- Customer Name: Must match the name on the telephone bill.
- First Name:
- Last Name:
- Business Name (if applicable)
- Service Address: Must be a physical location, not a PO Box.
- Address:
- City:
- State/Province:
- Zip/Postal Code:
List Telephone Numbers to Port:
- Include all the numbers you want to transfer.
- Number Type: Specify whether it's a wireless or landline/toll-free number.
- Phone Number(s):
- Wireless Account Number (for wireless numbers):
- Pin/Last 4 of SSN (for wireless numbers):
- Service Provider:
Prepare a Letter of Authorization
- Ensure it is in PDF format and does not exceed 4MB. Here’s a template you can use. Complete the provided porting form with the prepared information.
Copy of Recent Phone Billing Statement:
- Must be a scanned or electronic copy in PDF format, not exceeding 4MB.

Once you have the Letter of Authorization send that to our support and our team will submit the transfer request form directly to the right team.
Important Note:
If you transfer your personal cell phone number over to the system, that can’t be undone. It’s best to transfer existing VoiP numbers only.
