Using the History Tab in Workflows

In this article, you will learn how to use the Enrollment History Tab in the workflows.

Here's how to view and understand the History of your Workflow.

  • Navigate to the Enrollment History tab within the Workflow Builder.

  • Use the dropdown menus to sort and filter through the list of contacts who’ve been through the Workflow. You can filter by:
    • Date: last 30 days, today, yesterday, this past week, and more.
    • Events: added to workflow, executed, failed, finished, waiting, and more.
    • Contact information: search by contact id, name, phone, or email.
  • Here, you can view the Contact, Date Enrolled, Current Action, Current Status, Next Execution On date, and Execution History.
  • For Contacts, you can view the full history of actions for the contact within the specific workflow when clicking on the execution history icon. If they’ve been in it more than once, you’ll see all the actions from each time they were added.

  • Under View Details, you can view the details of the specific action on the Execution Logs tab.

  • The Execution Log allows you to view the history of actions for the contact within the specific Workflow. If they’ve been in it more than once, you can use the icons to view execution history, view details, and contact history for the complete history within this Workflow.
