The Social Media Co-Pilot is your all-in-one assistant inside Mastermind that turns your website or business info into ready-to-post, strategic content. Whether you're a business owner, marketer, or agency, this tool delivers not just content, but a complete strategy and calendar to help you stay consistent.
Step 1: Choose Your Role and Your Goals
Once inside the Social Media Co-Pilot tab, you’ll begin by selecting the role that best describes you:
- Business Owner / Marketer / Social Media Manager – for your own products or services
- Agency / Freelancer – if you manage content for others
- There’s no wrong choice. Simply select the one that best matches your current role.
- Set Your Social Media Goals
- You’ll be prompted to choose up to 3 goals that guide your content strategy. Common goals include:
- Increasing web traffic
- Growing your online community
- Generating word-of-mouth referrals
- There are over 20 goals to choose from. The system tailors your plan based on these selections.

Step 2: Enter Your Website
- Add your business website and click Submit
- The Co-Pilot will scan your content and begin generating ideas based on your products, services, and value propositions.
- Once it’s done click on Learn My Business
- If you don’t have a website, click ‘I Don’t Have A Website.’ You’ll then be able to manually enter your business description
Step 3: Business Details
- Verify your Business Details
- Name of your business
- Business Description
- What problem does your business solve?
- Edit your information to make your details more specific for content-rich posts
Step 4: Where do you want to post?
- Select where you want your content to shine
- Select the platforms where you want your content to be published. You can pick one or all of them.
- Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
- TikTok and YouTube - Coming Soon!
- Once they are selected click, Next
Step 5: Brand Identity
- Set the visual and tonal identity of your brand by uploading your logo, brand colors, and choosing a brand tone and audience reach
- Media Restrictions: Size 15 MB Formats JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, SVG, WEBP
- Brand Tone - Choose a tone and writing style that matches your brand personality. Whether you’re formal, casual, empowering, or quirky—the Co-Pilot adapts.
- Audience Reach - Choose your audience reach whether it’s local, global or both
Step 6: Optimize Future Content
- Optimize your content feed with your media. Upload more assets to have a bigger variety of content items.
- Social Media Co-Pilot will pull assets from your website automatically
- Upload additional media manually to generate richer, more dynamic posts.
- Media Restrictions: Size 15 MB Formats JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, SVG, WEBP, MP4, MOV, M4V, WEBM, MP3, WAV, AAC
- Final step click on Set Up Account

- Watch and enjoy the M Studio video while your posts are being created. It provides you more insight to the power of the system.

Explore Section
The Explore tab is your go-to destination for discovering ready-to-use social media content that's tailored to your strategy and business goals. It's designed to help you publish faster by giving you access to a curated feed of posts that align with your brand, audience, and content plan.
- Content Filters
- Use these to sort content by platform: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, or LinkedIn.
- There's also a “Saved” tab to access content you’ve favorited for later.
- Content Block
- Each content block includes:
- Platform Type (e.g., Instagram Carousel or Story)
- Post Title and a brief description
- Visual preview of the content
- Three primary action buttons:
- Smart Schedule: Automatically adds the post to your ideal time slot based on your planner.
- Post Now: Instantly publishes the content to the selected platform.
- Download Icon: Save the post media to your device if you'd like to use it outside the platform.
- Each content block includes:
- Content Card
- Each content card allows you to alter the description
- Note: You cannot edit AI-generated images at this time.
- Smart Scheduling
- Recommend the best time slots based on when your audience is most active.
- These times are calculated using platform engagement data to give your post the best reach possible.
- When the post is ready, click on Approve Schedule
- Creating More Content Posts
- Scroll to the bottom of the Explore page
- Click on Want More Content?
- A box will appear on the top of the page asking, How can we make the next content even better for you?
- Select one of the conversation starters or click on Other to fill out the text box.
- Once you’re done click on Generate New Content.
Planner
- The Planner is your centralized content calendar inside the Social Media Co-Pilot. It gives you a clear, hour-by-hour view of your entire week’s content strategy across multiple platforms—all in one place.
- Weekly Content Calendar
- The planner is organized by time of day on the vertical axis and days of the week horizontally (layout may vary based on your screen view).
- Each block represents a scheduled post or story on a particular platform.
- 🟦 Facebook, 🟪 Instagram, 🟦 LinkedIn — all color-coded for easy scanning.

Integrations
- Choose Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube or Tiktok
- Click on Connect and a pop up window will appear
- Continue to that platform and follow the steps
Brand Settings
Description
- Website: Displays the website you initially provided during setup.
- Note: To update your website address, you'll need to reset your account. This action will erase all saved information and start the setup process from scratch.
- Business Name: Ensure it reflects your brand accurately
- Business Description: Summarize what your business offers
- Problem You Solve: Clearly define the primary challenge your business addresses.
- Make any updates necessary to ensure your brand is positioned clearly and consistently across your content.
Identity
- Use this section to review and update your core brand identity:
- Logos: Update your current logo if needed
- Brand Colors: Ensure it reflects your brand accurately
- Brand Tone: Choose the correct tone for your brand
- Audience Reach: Clearly define your reach as Local, Global or both
Reset My Account
- Selecting “Reset My Account” will erase all existing information and return your settings to default. Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Strategy
- Using an AI goal-aligned content plan it will provide platform-specific strategies, posting frequency, optimal times, and content themes.
- You can switch between content strategies for: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
- Each tab contains platform-specific guidance on content frequency and scheduling.

- Demographics - These describe the basic characteristics of your ideal audience:

- This data informs the type of content that will resonate most and drive engagement.
Content Pillars
- The Co-Pilot will recommend up to five key pillars—each designed to serve your goals and audience needs:

- Inspirational/Motivational Content: Inspires and motivates your audience to take action toward self-improvement.

- Tips and Quick Wins: Practical tips that can be implemented immediately by your audience
Content Keywords
- Provides hashtags to summarize your brand’s voice and help categorize your content.
- Keywords can be used in posts to boost discoverability and keep your messaging aligned.

→ Website Content Not Pulling
Sometimes websites don’t have enough information to pull details automatically. Please click ‘I don’t have a website’ and manually enter your business name and a short description instead.
→ Content Strategy Delayed
It can take a few minutes to generate the content strategy, especially if the Social Media Co-Pilot is analyzing the site. Try refreshing the page, and follow-up with us if nothing appears after 5 minutes or so!
→Pre-Generated Post Confusion
All the content you see on the Explore page is tailored to your business, using your brand tone and visuals when possible. You can post these as-is or schedule them in the Planner.
→ Why is Media Missing from My Content?
If your website didn’t have media or upload assets, Social Media Co-Pilot uses high-quality stock visuals instead. You can upload your own media anytime for a more personalized look.
