Social Media Co-Pilot Fix (CHROME)


If you are experiencing issues accessing the Social Media Co-Pilot, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience. We completely understand how frustrating this can be, and we want to assure you that our Development Team is aware of the issue and actively working on a resolution. In the meantime, we highly recommend using Google Chrome as your primary browser for accessing Mastermind. Chrome is frequently updated and provides the best compatibility with our platform. To resolve the issue, please follow these steps:


Step 1: Open Google Chrome and click the three dots icon in the top-right corner and navigate to Settings.

Step 2: Click on Privacy and Security.

Step 3: Select Third Party Cookies.

Step 4: Ensure that Allow Third Party Cookies is enabled.

Step 5: Once done, sign out and then sign back into your Mastermind account to apply the changes.


This should help you access the Social Media Co-Pilot without further issues. If you’re using other browsers like Safari or Firefox, please note that we’re still working on solutions for those, but Chrome remains the most reliable option for now.
