GG Onboarding FAQs


GG Onboarding Reset:

If you'd like to reset your GG onboarding experience, our Customer Support team can assist you. Please email us at support@mastermind.com, and we’ll manually reset your GG onboarding within your Mastermind account.

We apologize that this feature isn’t currently available for self-service. Our Development team is aware of the issue and is actively working on a solution.


Skip GG Onboarding:

If you’ve already completed onboarding prior to recent platform updates, you can skip scheduling another Onboarding Call.

Simply click the red “Next” button under the Onboarding Calendar to proceed directly to GG’s business questionnaire.


Trouble Continuing GG Onboarding

If you’re stuck in GG’s onboarding conversation and unable to proceed, please try logging out of your Mastermind account, clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, then log back into your Mastermind account. Please note that at this time the platform performs best on a laptop/desktop using the Google Chrome web browser.
