Why am I receiving a notification that my subscription is going to be canceled?
If you’ve received a message that your subscription may be canceled, it typically means your payment method needs to be updated — often due to an expired or declined card.
Here’s how to update your payment method to avoid any interruption:
Log in to your account at www.mastermind.com.
- Access the “Manage Subscriptions” section:
- Click the three dots (⋮) next to your name and email at the bottom-left corner of the screen.
Select “Manage Subscriptions” from the menu.
Update your payment method:
- On the Billing & Plan Usage page, within the Payment Method section, click the “Update Card” button on the right.
- A pop-up window will appear - enter your new card details and click “Update.”
After updating your payment method, please email us at support@mastermind.com, and we’ll be happy to retry the payment if needed to ensure your subscription remains active.
