Navigating the Updated Business Hub Menu

You may have noticed some updates to the left-hand navigation menu in the Business Hub. This article will walk you through the changes and show you how to navigate the updated layout with ease.


The navigation menu has been updated for both the Success System and Business System plans.


Below is the updated navigation menu for the Success System plan:

The Start Here! and Dashboard tabs remain the same for both plans.


Other certain tabs have been renamed or grouped together into related categories to improve organization and navigation.


Both plans have access to the Your Products tab. Within this tab, you have Client Portal, Courses, Communities, Credentials and Gokollab Marketplace options:


For the Success System plan:

  • Your Customers houses the Contacts and Inbox tabs.
    • Within the Contacts tab you have Smart Lists, Restore, Tasks, Companies, Manage Smart Lists, and Settings wheel options:

    • Within the Inbox tab you have Conversations and Manual Actions options:


  • Marketing & Sales houses the Email & Social Media, Funnels & Pages and Payments tabs
    • Within the Email & Social Media tab you have the option to activate Ad Manager:

    • Within the Funnels & Pages tab you have WordPress and Client Portal options:

    • Within the Payments tab you have Invoices & Estimates, Documents & Contracts, Orders, Subscriptions, Payment Links, Transactions, Products, Coupons, Settings and Integrations options.


  • Tools & Reporting houses the Automations and Media Storage tabs.
    • Within the Automations tab you have Workflows and Global Workflow Settings options:

    • The Media Storage tab lets you upload, source, organize, and reuse images and logos across your system without needing to re-upload them each time.

    For the Business System plan:

    • Your Customers houses the Contacts, Reviews, Inbox, and Calendars tabs.
      • Within the Contacts tab you have Smart Lists, Bulk Actions, Restore, Tasks, Companies, Manage Smart Lists, and Settings wheel options:

      • Within the Reviews tab you have Overview, Requests, Reviews, Widgets, Listings and Settings options:

      • Within the Inbox tab you have Conversations, Manual Actions, Snippets and Trigger Links options:

      • Within the Calendars tab you have Calendar View, Appointment List View and Calendar Settings options:


    • Marketing & Sales houses the Email & Social Media, Funnels & Pages, Sales Pipelines and Payments tabs
      • Within the Email & Social Media tab you have the Social Planner, Emails, Snippets, Countdown Timers, Trigger Links, Affiliate Manager, Brand Boards and Ad Manager options:

      • Within the Funnels & Pages tab you have Funnels, Websites, Stores, Webinars, Analytics, Blogs, WordPress, Client Portal, Forms, Surveys, Quizzes, Chat Widget, QR Codes and Settings Wheel options:

      • Within the Sales Pipelines tab you have Opportunities, Pipelines and Bulk Actions options:

      • Within the Payments tab you have Invoices & Estimates, Documents & Contracts, Orders, Subscriptions, Payment Links, Transactions, Products, Coupons, Settings and Integrations options.

    • The Business System plan also has the Plug N Play tab.


    Towards the bottom of the navigation menu is where all plans have access to the Ask GG!, Support, Back to Mastermind, and Settings tabs.
