Using the Microphone feature with GG!
We're so glad you're exploring the Microphone option with GG — and we're more than happy to help guide you through it! If you’d like GG to reflect your verbal input (instead of typing), here’s how you can use the microphone feature!
Please ensure that Mastermind has permission to access your microphone. If this is your first time using the microphone feature on Mastermind, or if you are using a new device or browser, you should see a permission prompt appear when you click the microphone icon in GG’s Conversation. Here is an example on Chrome:
We recommend that you select "Allow while visiting the site" so that you will not need to be asked each time you use the microphone function on GG.
How to use the Microphone Feature with GG:
- Tap the microphone icon in the GG Conversation Thread.
- Speak clearly into your device — share what you want GG to know.
- Tap the microphone icon again when you’re done speaking.
- Wait just a few seconds — your spoken words will appear as text in the message field.
- Review the text if you’d like, then go ahead and send it to GG right in the thread!
