How to Access the MBA Circle Community for the First Time

The Mastermind Business Academy (MBA) community is hosted on Circle, our private online space where you can connect with fellow members, join discussions, and access exclusive resources. Follow these steps to join for the first time.

1. Look for Your Invitation Email

• After joining the program, you’ll receive an email invitation from Circle.

  The sender may appear as "Circle.so" or your program’s support team.

  Subject lines may include:

  • “You’ve been invited to join MBA”
  • “Join the Circle community”
• If you don’t see the email, check your Spam/Junk/Promotions folders.
• You can also search your inbox for “Circle” or your program name.

2. Click the Invite Link

• In the invitation email, click the “Join Now” or “Accept Invitation” button.
• This link will take you directly to the Circle website.

3. Create Your Account

• On the Circle sign-up page, enter:
  • Your name
  • Your email address (use the same email you registered with the program)
  • A password of your choice
• Complete the on-screen prompts to finish setting up your profile.

4. Explore & Set Notifications

• Once inside Circle, you’ll see spaces (or groups) for different topics and program areas.

  To adjust your notification settings:

  1. Click your profile picture in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Notifications.
  3. Choose how often you want to receive updates so you never miss important updates.
