Calendar Sharing Options within Mastermind
Sharing calendars allows you to streamline appointment management with your clients, colleagues, or teams. Whether you're using the desktop or mobile version, the process ensures smooth scheduling and avoids conflicts. Here’s a brief look at the sharing options.
Benefits:
- Easy Scheduling: By sharing your calendar, you reduce the back-and-forth of scheduling meetings.
- Increased Flexibility: Mobile access means you can manage and share your calendar from anywhere, making it perfect for busy schedules.
- Improved Coordination: Allows teams and clients to see when you’re available, reducing scheduling conflicts.
Mastermind Web App: Calendar Sharing
- Navigate to Your Customers > Calendars on the left > Calendar Settings at the top, and create your Calendar.
- After the calendar is created, click on the arrow icon to access the sharing options for that calendar.
Sharing options:
1. Scheduling Link: The scheduling link includes the calendar slug that you include when initially creating the calendar. Adjusting the slug will adjust the link accordingly. By adjusting the slug, you can create a unique, branded scheduling link for your calendar, which is easy to share with clients or teams.
2. Permanent Calendar Link: Perfect for use in funnels, website redirects, or ads, the permanent link stays unchanged, even when the slug is modified. This ensures that your calendar link remains consistent and functional.
3. One-Time link: Share your availability through a unique link that expires after a booking, giving you control over access. After each use, you can generate a new link and share it with your clients.
4. Embed Code: Simply insert this code into your HTML at the location where you'd like the calendar widget to appear.
5. Directly add within Built-in Websites/Funnels: If you have built websites or funnels within Mastermind, you can easily add your calendar to them.
- Navigate to Sites on the left side of the dashboard.
- Click on Funnels/Websites at the top and open the desired website or funnel.
- Edit the funnel step or website page where you'd like to include the calendar.
- Click on the + icon to add the calendar element.
- Drag and drop the element into the builder and select your calendar from the available options

Pro Tips:
- Custom Slug for Branding: When creating a scheduling link, consider adjusting the slug to create a unique, branded link that reflects your business or personal identity. This makes your link more professional and easier to remember.
- Use Permanent Links for Consistency: For ongoing projects or recurring appointments, use the permanent calendar link. This ensures you don't need to regenerate the link and ensures a consistent scheduling experience for your clients.
- One-Time Links for Privacy: When dealing with sensitive or limited-time appointments, use the one-time link feature. This ensures access is restricted and you can control when others can book time with you.
- Embed for Seamless Integration: Use the embed code or integrate directly into your funnels or websites to keep the booking process smooth and professional. This eliminates the need for external links and ensures users can book directly from your site.
