Common "The Marketplace" Questions
Why isn’t my Community in The Marketplace?
In order for your Community to be visible within The Marketplace, you will need to have 10 or more active members within that particular Community or Group!
How to put my Community on The Marketplace?
Please ensure that you’ve created a Community in the Business Hub! If you haven’t yet, you can follow this article for creating a Paid Community. (It will still be an amazing guide for Free Communities as well)!
Firstly, you want to go into the “Build Your Product” tab on your Business Hub account:
Once inside of the “Build Your Product” tab, click into “GoKollab Marketplace”:
Hover your cursor over the Community you wish to add to “The Marketplace” and check the Community and click “Save”:
Upon saving, you’ll see a popup to confirm the Community you’re adding to The Marketplace:
Once you confirm, that’s it! The Community is now available to access within “The Marketplace”!
PLEASE NOTE: Groups will be visible for people to explore and join once they have at least 10 members.
How to put my Course on The Marketplace?
Please ensure that you’ve created a Course in the Business Hub! If you haven’t yet, you can follow this article for creating a Course!
Firstly, you want to go into the “Build Your Product” tab on your Business Hub account:
Once inside of the “Build Your Product” tab, click into “GoKollab Marketplace”:
Click into the “Courses” option and click “Add Course”:
You’ll be prompted to add a Course and decide if it’s Free, Recurring, or One-Time, once you’ve adjusted your Course Details, click “Add Course”:
You’ll now see the Course available to select for “The Marketplace”, you can now check the Course you want to add and click “Save”:
From there, you’ll see a confirmation popup, click “Confirm” and you’re all set!
The Course will now be available to access within “The Marketplace”!
PLEASE NOTE: Visibility of courses will be sorted based on the number of members enrolled.
